After much hints, mummy finally agreed to let me get a camera. Went to the Comex Show 2009 with mummy and got myself a canon ixus 100 is camera which I have been eyeing it for quite some time.

I'm glad that Comex Show 2009 is held this week instead of the third or fourth week of September. Many thanks to the brilliant group of organizers. However, I will be even happier if it's held a few days earlier as I would have enough time to charge my batteries fully before I jet off.

Do you still remember there is a song called Graduation by Vitamin C played on our graduation night?

I spent the whole day listening to this song the day after our last gathering and tears never fail to drop on every replay. Why am I so EMO out of a sudden? After much thought, I guess it's most likely because Singapore is a small city, no matter where we work, what we work as or how busy we are, we will still be able to squeeze some time out for each other. Thus, the lyrics in this song doesn't match our situation. However, there will always be an exception. I will be leaving Singapore very soon and the lyrics written represent how I felt now thus, making me felt so emotional once I heard this song.

Friends! No worries, I wouldn't forget you girls. However, please send me a new photos of you if you happen to went for a plastic surgery. Don't give me a shock when we meet in the future, my heart isn't as strong as you thought.

DAWN and KAMSUM, I will always remember you as my FYP mates and it's our "never give out" attitude that awarded us with a distinction. Many might think that it's not a big deal after all but you are wrong cause we are still very proud of our accomplishment till now. Am I right? Dawn.

It has been a month since I left Beijing and came back to Singapore. Lots of things happened too quickly, tons of errands relating to my studies hence I only had chance to met up with my cliques three times.

First

Dawn, evil Liew, Kam Sum, Su Xia, Valerie turned up, dinner at a Japanese Restaurant (forgotten the name) in Heeren. And Su Xia's yummy muffins as dessert.

Second
Awful dinner at far east "genting"area, only Dawn, Eliza, Jessica, Kam Sum were able to make it.

Third
Last gathering before I leave Singapore, everyone managed to make it for the dinner. 谢谢，你们太给我面子了。Especially Gladys! Hopefully you didn't do too badly for your test/exam.

Mummy and I went to have our early dinner at The Mussel Guy at Vivo City before heading to Sentosa. It has been months since I last visited Sentosa, lots of changes, lots of superstructure construction going on and lots of people.

Though it has been 18 days since I flew back from Beijing, I have never stopped thinking about her. Many have ask, how could Beijing be better than Singapore? Be it the cleanliness, greenery, living lifestyle, society, etc. Please don't force me for an answer cause I guess I will never be able to give it until I hate her.

Left '前门' and went to '南锣鼓巷' to do some shopping on stationary and notebooks. Chilled in a bar along the street of '南锣鼓巷' before heading home. It was my first time staying up so late in Beijing, the roads are so much quieter and the air is not so polluted.

Finally had my laptop fixed by myself, cause the Asus Repair Centre in Beijing is so incompetent. Another piece of good news, I managed to find an unsecured network that i can tagged on to. That means I can go online at home and most importantly after office hours. =D

The third weekend in Beijing and I'm very glad that everything is getting better as days goes by.

I went shopping today with my colleague named Zhou Jing, we started our shopping spree at 西单 and then ended at 五道口. At first, I planned to get myself only a pair of heels/flats for work as I have limited myself to 300 RMB a week. However, I yielded to temptation and bought a pair of ear studs, a shirt and a checkered backpack. Oops!

Exactly 2 more days which is 36 hours, I will be taking a plane to Beijing and leaving Singapore for a year. I got my visa and booked my flight on the first week of April, at first I thought a week more to go before flying is a very long period but now, I seriously think it's not enough.

I'm very thankful that everybody tried to make it for our gathering cum farewell on Thursday. Although there's only one meeting with my poly cliques, I personally think that quality time is better than quantity time. So thanks you girls for giving me sure a great evening.

Got up at 2 in the afternoon, ate my lunch and left home at 3.30 p.m. together with my sister (chick chick) and my youngest brother. Met mother after her work at Clark Quay and had our dinner at Saizeriya, the Italian restaurant. The food were as delicious as the first time I visited this restaurant but the services were very poor compared to my first time there.

Chick chick suggested to take a neo print at Cineleisure and my mother agreed to it. So we walked back to Clark Quay and then took a train down to Somerset. Lucky our trip is not wasted, cause the neo print turned out to be quite nice according to my low standard.

Finally met up with my poly cliques after we last met each other on the day which we had our BCSS test. Everyone looks the same except for ~~Dawn~~ Consultant Woo HuiLin Dawn. Her new hair cut and the office lady outfit made her so outstanding among us.

Queued outside Aston for about 1 hour 20 minutes before we got a table for the nine of us. Placed our orders, took photos and ate our food while waiting for Valerie to come. Gathered money for the bills, paid our bills and left Aston at around 9.05 p.m.

Ladies talk at the fountain in front of Istana but was forced to moved to Douby Ghaut station as the rain started to pour again. Left at 11 plus as everyone was very tired and it marked the end of our first gathering after we left poly.

I went to collect my passport from KPK office before meeting Eliza at City Hall station to collect my laptop. Ice-cream at Gelare as the waffle is at half price on Tuesday.

Train to Clark Quay to meet Valerie before walking to Liang Court for our dinner. Dine at an Italian Restaurant located at the second level of Liang Court. Delicious food at reasonable price, a must try for poor people like me who want a taste of Italian food.

Wee, finally got back my laptop and I want to comment that their service is superb good. No scratches about servicing, excellent explanation of the faults from the service crew and the engineer did a whole computer check even if it's only the operating system problem.

Overall, I rate 4.5 out of 5 for their service. Didn't gave them full marks because the service crew didn't rinse his month after smoking and the smell is so unbearable.

I LOVE MY LAPPY.

Su Xia accompanied me to the Asus service centre for the servicing of my laptop. After leaving my laptop at the service centre for the repairing, we went Marina Square to watch a movies.

After much discussion, we decide to watch

instead of a movies called "Gran Torino" cause the poster of "12 Rounds" looks more attractive than "Gran Torino".

Today is the craziest April Fool I have ever been in my 20 years of life. Woke up in the morning with a crash laptop that spoilt my day, followed by a not-so-nice lunch and the house chores that need to do done due to the new television are draining all my energy.

It's 3 plus now and the televsion installation guy is still not here yet, so it's thinking whether to bring my laptop for service or not. Futhermore, I still need to go and collect my contact lens. Arghs!!

Valerie bought some scrapbook-ing materials at Marina Square before heading back to the Cathay for our dinner. We had our dinner at Aston because quite a number of our friends claimed that it's nice. And after a bite of my Lemon Lime Chicken, I can be sure that the food at Aston are really worth the price, a must try restaurant for your meals. Yummy~

Examinations week is over! =D

Signs of bad luck at the start of my first exam paper :-
Firstly, bloody came knocking on my door steps, followed by serious stomachache and ended up with 4 times of vomiting.
Secondly, cabbed to school as I was feeling too weak to take a train and was also partly because I was running late for exam.

Although lady-luck wasn't with me that day, I still manage to finish more than half of the paper with mistakes here and there.

I survived another obstacle in my life. =)

Graduate with at least a GPA of 3.2. Although i can't make it to the top, i also don't want to be at the bottom.

Dig out a stable job, doesn't matter it is in Singapore or China. However, i prefer to try it out in China for the time being.

Secure a placement in NUS or UNISA. I know it sound kind of mission impossible for getting into NUS with such a low GPA but i will still go for it.
